Examples of these activities include providing plane transporation for relatives of Alabamians killed in Beirut, distribution of hay to Ala. farmers, and assisting transplant patients. Included in these files are correspondence, memoranda, proclamations, case history files, and other materials relating to these activities.

George Corley Wallace Jr. (August 25, 1919 – September 13, 1998) was an American politician who served as the 45th Governor of Alabama for four terms. He is best remembered for his staunch segregationist and populist views. During his tenure, he promoted "low-grade industrial development, low taxes, and trade schools".
